Place your packing slip or other proof of purchase along with the product(s) to be returned in a mailing package. (Make sure to keep a copy of what you send us for your records)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please be sure to include the following information in your package:

-Your Order Number
-The products you’re returning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommended you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service, such as return receipt. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

  2. Review & Return:<\/strong> Once approved, our customer service will provide you with the return shipping address. Please pack the item securely and ship it back.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Inspection:<\/strong> Upon receiving the returned item and completing a quality check, we will process your refund confirmation within 3-5 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
